Membership and Borrowing
Getting a Library Card
Please bring a valid ID with proof of your current address when you come to register for your card, such as a driver's license, utility statement, or rental agreement.
A parental or guardian signature is required for children 14 and under.
Yearly Membership Fees
All permanent residents of Fox Creek may receive a FREE membership provided they have a home phone number and mailing address.
All temporary residents of Fox Creek may receive a $30.00 refundable membership provided they have a phone number, mailing address and can provide picture identification.
All preschool and school age children may receive a membership provided they have a parent/guardian signature on the membership application card.
Your membership is updated annually and any outstanding charges must be paid at that time.

Overdue and Lost/Damaged Items
There are no fines for overdue items, but damaged or lost items are billed at their replacement cost.
Borrowing privileges will be suspended until account is cleared.
Renewing Items
You can renew books in person, by phone at (780) 622-2343, or online by logging in to your account at TRACpac.
Most items may be renewed twice, unless other patrons have holds on the item.
Placing Holds
Can't find what you're looking for on the shelves? You can place a hold in person, by phone, or online by logging in to your account at TRACpac.
You may place up to 25 holds at a time. Items are held for 10 days; please call the library to extend the pick-up period.
Please suspend your holds if you will be away for an extended period of time or cancel holds that are no longer desired. You can do so in person, by phone, or online by logging in to your account at TRACpac.
Lost or Stolen Card
For your protection, contact the library immediately to report a lost or stolen card so we can stop others from using it. You are responsible for anything borrowed until it is reported.
